For the foolishness of God is wiser than man’s wisdom, and the weakness of God is stronger than man’s strength. 1 Cor. 1:25
The fire alarm has been pulled… you have 60 seconds… what do you take? 1, 2..
Take this: Ever felt like you heard from God but then everything goes from bad to worse?! Moses went to Pharaoh just as God had told him and asked him to free God’s people from slavery, Pharaoh responds Ex. 5:2 “Who is the LORD, that I should obey him and let Israel go? I do not know the LORD and I will not let Israel go.” then he goes on in verse 9, Make the work harder for the men so that they keep working and pay no attention to lies. – Lies is what Pharaoh called the Truth. Has hard work/situations/circumstances made Truth look like lies to you? The devil is deceptive…don’t get caught! I’m reminded in these Scriptures that those that do not know God will see me as foolish however take heart… 1 Cor. 1:25,27-29 For the foolishness of God is wiser than man’s wisdom, and the weakness of God is stronger than man’s strength. But God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise; God chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong. He chose the lowly things of this world and the despised things-and the things that are not – to nullify the things that are, so that no one may boast before Him. Sometimes things may not go as planned because big assignments require big character and if things worked out right away we would rely on our own strength thus remaining weak. God want’s to make us strong IN Him so if you thought you heard from God and all went wrong…go back lay it at His feet seek Him again/more, don’t get discouraged – God uncover the lies, reveal Truth to me today.
