Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind, and love your neighbor as yourself. Luke 10:27
The fire alarm has just been pulled… you have 60 seconds… what do you take? 1, 2..
Take this: Ever wonder what to do? Feel like you have been in the “waiting room” of life for some time now and just looking for a purpose or direction that just seems to keep eluding you? I’m sure Noah didn’t know when he said yes to God that he was signing up for a 120 year job! His assignment would take patience and endurance and a long wait to see to completion yet in numerous verses of the bible it says Noah did everything, EVERYTHING God commanded (Gen. 6:22, 7:5,9,16). I’m reminded that nothing, no job handed to me by the King is too ark sized or small or insignificant, He who promised is faithful and there is purpose in the wait. However if I’m ever at a loss and can’t see clearly what God might be directing me to do in my present circumstances I can go back to what I DO know as I wait on Him and that is something I know He has commanded of all of us, actually His greatest commandment! Luke 10:27 Love the Lord your God with all your heart with all your soul with all your strength and with all your mind and love your neighbor as yourself. – We can all smile at a stranger today right! Opportunities abound in our waiting rooms, God help us not to hesitate to be faithful with what we DO know in the midst of what we don’t.
