Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us… Galatians 3:13
The fire alarm has just been pulled… you have 60 seconds… what will you take? 1, 2…
Take this: Deuteronomy 21:23 says anyone who is hung on a tree is under God’s curse. Flipping forward to the New Testament in Galatians 3:13-14 Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us, for it is written: “Cursed is everyone who is hung on a tree.” He redeemed us in order that the blessing given to Abraham might come to the Gentiles through Christ Jesus, so that by faith we might receive the promise of the Spirit. The price for sin is death and we all fall short of the glory of God. God chose to take the curse upon Himself of sin and death. Jesus chose to give His life in place of ours hanging in death on the tree/cross so that we didn’t have to. We can now inherit eternal life with Him in paradise!! The only thing we need to choose is faith in Jesus our God our Savior our risen Lord, who did the work for us. For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith–and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God–not by works, so that no one can boast. Eph. 2:8-9
Just believe in the One who says the price for you was high, so incredibly high… but you were worth it, you are loved, you are wanted in My Kingdom eternally. Believe in Jesus.
